Day 23/31 Days of Holidays (and a Giveaway): withoutaqualmofconscience asked me to draw “famous historical figures doing something whimsical.” So you have Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton working out their issues in a game of ping-pong. If only ping-pong had been invented a hundred years earlier (and if our founding fathers didn’t deal with insults by throwing tantrums* with guns), we could have been spared the outrageously inauspicious loss of one of the finest minds in American history, I’m sure. Oh, ping-pong.
Holiday Status:
Fulfilled 24 out of 33 submitted prompts. GIVEAWAY HAS BEEN ACHIEVED!
*Very fancy tantrums, with strict rules and fancy posturing and Hamilton purposefully missing with his first bullet because he has a conscience(!!!) and Burr having the gall to actually shoot our poor lovely ex-Secretary of the Treasury. To death.
